Absolutely beautiful! Spotless. The most professional staff that I had the pleasure to stay with. Everything was top rate! The one of the few remaining rain forests is a day trip away. Take it! Great beaches, night clubs and restaurants. Don't forget to talk Spanish to the parrots. I can't wait to return! Albeit, pre hurricane.

The water activities were great, unfortunately due to the last big huracane, Maria, some areas inside the resort weren't open. That could've been an even better experience. No Starbucks, shops closed, no restaurants. There are restaurants available outside the resort though.

The hotel is still under repairs. Staff was very kind. Food options are very limited and you have to go to restaurants outside the hotel. The pool area needs more cleaning, although it was pretty good in overall. Hope they can finish the repairs soon, particularly with the waterpark and the ferry to Palomino island.

I have been here twice now and would go again.. upgraded room had great views and super relaxing. We Did one of the jungle hike excursions from the resort While we were there and recommend that as well.
